How Does It Work

01 Quote & Sample Development

Once get your enquiry,we will firstly work out and sent you a price estimate for your project,then ourdesigners will begin to make samples based on your artwork.To save your time and cost,we will make a mock-up sample to you firstly for the shape checking.It usually take 2 rounds of sample get all details right and ready for bulk productions. 

02 Sample/PO Confirmed

If the sample/PO Confirmed,we will sent the PI to you for final confirmation and payment.

And we will begin the sourcing process to find suitable raw material and trims.

03 Testing Sample & Bulk Production

According to your testing requirment,we purchase the raw material.and prepare the testing samples to the lab test.Once pass the testing,we will begin the bulk production.Before it,we will also have a pre-production metting in-company. 

04 Quality Control Inspection

When the production is still sewing,our QC team will conduct the on-line inspection;when the production is complete,we will conduct the final inspection to ensure there are no issues.The product will be packed as your requirment,and sealed in cartons,to be ready for the shipping process. 

05 Shipping

The final part where we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for the shipping of your products to the warehouse or port.This stage is where the final payment for the balance.
